For a country club environment, click here>>> "deAnza" or on the "deAnza CC" button.  The deAnza neighborhood of Borrego Springs has custom homes and lots in the deAnza Golf Estates.  They vary in size from approx. 1400 sf to some real estates which are over 3000sf.  Age range from brand new to mid-century.  CC&Rs which are present are not actively enforced by an active HOA, but are loosely enforced by notes from neighbors, etc. There are lots available from approx. 0.3 ac up to larger 1+ acre lots.  No HOA fees.
